Our mission relies on collaboration, and we are always looking for people who share our commitment to improving health through education.

Volunteer Opportunities

Each year, Pangea runs a Seminar in Trauma and Emergency Care in partnership with hospitals in Malawi as well as expanding into Asia / Pacific in 2026.

We invite doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, educators, and technical experts to contribute their time and expertise to these initiatives.

Volunteers assist in developing and delivering training, mentoring local teams, and supporting capacity-building projects designed to strengthen healthcare systems from within.

Not all contributions require travel — there are many ways to get involved from home. Volunteers also assist with curriculum development, research and fundraising.

Every role plays a vital part in helping us achieve sustainable, community-led impact.
